Roadmap · Six modules · Six months

Six built. Six on the way.

MaturityOne ships two specialist modules every quarter. The next six disciplines are scoped, sequenced, and scheduled. Strategy and Compliance land first, followed by Privacy and Data Governance, then Aligned Assurance and Financial Risk.

Quarters are Australian financial year (FY26 = 1 Jul 2025 – 30 Jun 2026).

The build sequence

Twelve disciplines. One platform.

Each module follows the same architecture as the six already live: practitioner-grade markers, regulatory add-ons, and the cross-domain cascade wired in from day one. Built modules will automatically begin pulling appetite from, and feeding findings to, each new discipline as it ships.

Two modules per quarter is a deliberate cadence. Each pair gets a full quarter of practitioner review, regulatory mapping, and cross-domain integration testing. Modules ship to the platform production-ready, with the same architecture, the same regulatory add-ons, and the same cross-domain cascade as the six already live.
